A Grand day out in Brighton

A Grand day out in Brighton

I am currently in the midst of relocating my aesthetic clinic so just what I needed was a night away.

As most of you know I am currently in the midst of relocating my aesthetic clinic and boy it’s been stressful so just what I needed was a night away.

Any of you off to Brighton soon? I recently had to go and do a little investigation for a project which found me at Brighton’s iconic Grand Hotel.

Situated right on the beachfront this hotel is in one of the best spots in town.

The decor is stunning and the staff charming and not to mention the resident jazz band and fantastic espresso martinis!

Well for what I was really there for - The Spa at The Grand - wow what a hidden gem. Situated on the lower ground floor of the hotel the spa was refurbished in 2013.

Right from the entrance this space was beautifully decorated, looked warm and welcoming and smelt divine.

The Spa at The Grand has no pool which for me, someone who hates swimming, was not a problem but I was intrigued to see how they would have made the spa feel with a totally dry facility.

And they did not disappoint...

Offering 7 treatment rooms (one luxurious double treatment room), a manicure and pedicure snug, sauna, steam, showers and quite possibly one of the cosiest relaxation rooms.

The relaxation room for me was a great use of their space - allowing guests to lounge in their gowns post-treatment on a beautiful double day bed with soft fluffy blankets or relax in a suspended swing sipping herbal tea (or fizz if you wanted)

I have to say if you are in Brighton it’s deffo worth a visit. The lovely Leah, Holly and their team will take great care of you.
