Frankie has been my yoga instructor now for 2 years. Frankie is joining us to run slow flow and yin yoga. The focus is to slow down, unwind, destress, allowing us to find stillness and melt away tension in the bodying mind. The sessions will begin with a slow flow, movements are mindful and fluid with a graceful transition to nurture deeper strength, mobility and balance within the body. Followed by the nourishing practice of Yin which aims to remove blockages and create space with a deep sense of awareness and powerful but simple breathing practices that restore balance and calm to the mind and nervous system.
