Join us in October for a series of talks to help celebrate world mental health day

Here at RSA, we do an amazing job to look after our clients' aesthetic needs. However, we do realise that what you are on the inside reflects hugely on the outside so we decided to celebrate world mental health day and Rachel’s birthday on 10th October by getting some of our favourite partners who are joining the RSA team, to talk to you about therapies they will be offering and help you understand that real beauty comes from within.

My name is Amanda Kerr and I am a  NLP Practitioner and Mind Coach.

I have worked with hundreds of clients over the past 10 years to overcome a whole range of issues from a phobia of spiders, smoking cessation to serious depression and anxiety.

The methods I use are fast, effective and long-lasting. I help people to uncover the root cause of their issues and to release unresolved traumas from their past which may be holding them back at a deeper, subconscious level and impacting negatively on daily life.

I am a registered homoeopath. I completed my studies at the Centre for Homeopathic Education, and continue to work with the centre within their student clinic. I have a particular interest in female health and the role of hormones in related health conditions; through my practice, I have helped women to manage the symptoms of menopause without the need for HRT or additional medication.

Homoeopathy is a holistic system of complementary medicine developed in the 19th century by Dr Hahnemann. This system considers the physical, mental and emotional symptoms to provide the most precise and appropriate remedy to treat the person as a whole.

Hi, I am Baz Moffat. I am a specialised women’s health coach.

I will be running a workshop for women who are interested to find out more about their pelvic floor. It will be of relevance to every woman at every life stage, not just Mums.

The talk will go far beyond squeeze and lift, and you will learn about how to get the pelvic floor to do its job properly - so that you can be healthy, active and fit. So that for years to come you've got a solid, strong and dependable body which does not let you down when you jump, laugh or sneeze and help you to be confident in the workplace!

There will be some practical at the end (so best not to wear skirts/dresses that day, but full-on activewear is not required), so that you can work out of the session knowing how to connect with your pelvic floor and co-ordinate with the rest of your core.

All women with a pelvic floor welcome.
