We are writing to assure you that we take the safety of our clients and our staff very seriously.
In regards to the recent coronavirus outbreak, in addition to our usual protocols for health safety and hygiene, we have taken further steps and are pleased to inform you that we have now begun using our industrial cleaning product “X-tra Protect”.
This is an enzyme workspace cleaner incorporating anti-microbial technology which is proven to kill MRSA, Ecoli and Norovirus and has a residual effect for up to eight days. The recent laboratory testing of X-tra Protect proved that it is also effective against Covid19. X-tra Protect’s unique formulation prevents mutation by the microbes thus reducing the risk of superbugs being created.
We are of course diligently following all advice from the government and General Medical Council and will continue to make our environment as safe as possible.
You will be asked to clean your hands upon entering and leaving the clinic to maintain our high standards and would ask for your co-operation with this.
May I take this opportunity to remind you, that should you have any of the symptoms of coronavirus, have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for the virus or have recently travelled to one of the highly infected areas please cancel your appointment and seek medical advice.
